    Submitting this application means that you agree to the following:

    1) You are applying to lease the above premises for the conditions set forth above and agree that the rent is to be paid the first day of each month in advance. If accepted, you agree to execute a lease for a period of time (TBD) before possession is given and to pay the security deposit and first month's rent prior to agreed move in date. You recognize that as a part of our procedure for processing your application, an investigative consumer report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with others with whom you may be acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living.

    2) The above information, to the best of your knowledge, is true and correct. You authorize an investigation of your credit, tenant history, criminal background check, and employment for the purposes of renting from this owner/manager.

    Incomplete applications will not be processed. Insure each and every line item is filled out for rental consideration.
