As head of maintenance, Veltry oversees all aspects of maintenance for all properties. Veltry’s experience in construction, maintenance and repairs gives him a unique advantage in not only assessing accurate repairs for a variety of applications and climates, but also a valued perspective in preventative maintenance. Veltry manages our maintenance technicians and oversees all daily maintenance tasks for all properties. He also works closely with all third party service providers in scheduling and assisting where needed in execution of any on-site maintenance or service tasks.
