Lisa manages all day to day operations of all properties that we manage. She oversees our entire team and fills in any gaps. She's our primary point of contact for all short-term rentals from inquiries to bookings and coordinations during your stay.

Patty is responsible for keeping all units clean and tidy at all times. She manages our team of cleaners with scheduling of each turnover as well as deep and special cleans. She works closely with maintenance and our pest control professionals and plays a huge role is our day to day operations. She also handles billings for each cleaning project and helps our managers with upgrades and improvements as needed. A keen eye and a great feel in always providing a unique and personalized stay for each of our guests.

As head of maintenance, Veltry oversees all aspects of maintenance for all properties. Veltry's experience in construction, maintenance and repairs gives him a unique advantage in not only assessing accurate repairs for a variety of applications and climates, but also a valued perspective in preventative maintenance. Veltry manages our maintenance technicians and oversees all daily maintenance tasks for all properties. He also works closely with all third party service providers in scheduling and assisting where needed in execution of any on-site maintenance or service tasks.
